Yes. Helping bring new product ideas to life is one of our favorite things to do.
PURforms offers product design and development support in addition to molding. We’ll listen to your concept, talk through performance requirements (feel, durability, environment, volume, budget), and recommend polyurethane materials and part designs that make sense for your application.
We can also provide rapid prototypes using 3D-printed tooling, often getting you molded sample parts in days instead of weeks, so you can evaluate fit, feel, and function before committing to full production tooling.

What geographical region do you effectively service?
PURforms manufactures in Lowell, Michigan (West Michigan) and ships products from our facility every weekday.
Because most polyurethane components are shipped via truck freight, we’re able to effectively serve customers across the United States and broader North America where standard freight shipping is practical.
